Develop Your Selling Plan

Sales are what bring your business idea to life.

You started work on creating a profitable and reliable selling process in Planning Week 1 when you wrote your idea of your company’s selling message into your Marketing Plan Summary.

Once you know how you want to describe the advantages your customers will enjoy in dealing with your company, you need to devise a plan and process for finding new customers on a regular basis.

This process is known as “sales prospecting” and conceptualizing how you will go about doing this for your business is your primary planning work in the first part of Planning Weeks 6-7..
